In recent years, a category known as AI glasses has been growing rapidly within XR technology. One reason for the attention seems to be that they let you tap into agents—generative AI among them—far more readily in the course of everyday life. But aren't you curious what they're actually like? In this session, from the perspective of an XR engineer, I'll talk about the devices themselves, what I've noticed and how I've put agents to use while wearing AI glasses day to day, and the basics of what it takes to use them at work.
